Exchange storage
Storage of Goods warranted under Exchange rules and delivery out to the last Exchange Warrant holder, is governed by the relevant Exchange rules and our Conditions which are printed on the reverse of Warrants and incorporate the United Kingdom Warehousing Association (UKWA) Contract Conditions for Logistics October 2006 version.

Private storage and other services
All other Storage Services are provided subject to any terms printed on the front and reverse of the warehouse receipt, storage confirmation, release or similar document issued by us and our Conditions which incorporate our English law Warehousing and Services Terms ("WST").
