Storage of Goods warranted under LME rules and delivery out to the last LME Warrant holder, is governed by the LME rules and our Conditions which are printed on the reverse of Warrants and incorporate the Standard Contract Terms and Conditions for Merchandise Warehouses November 2008 version.

Private storage and other services
All other Storage Services are provided subject to any terms printed on the front and reverse of the warehouse receipt, storage confirmation, release or similar document issued by us and our Conditions which incorporate our Warehousing Terms and Conditions ("WTC").
