Storage of Goods warranted under LME rules and delivery out to the last LME Warrant holder, is governed by the LME rules and our Conditions which are printed on the reverse of Warrants and incorporate the Standard Trading Conditions of the Singapore Logistics Association (SLA) May 2004 version.

Private storage and other services
All other Storage Services are provided subject to any terms printed on the front and reverse of the warehouse receipt, storage confirmation, release or similar document issued by us and our Conditions which incorporate our Storage and Services Terms ("SST").
