GWANGYANG, SOUTH KOREA, July 19, 2007 - The LME today listed the port of Gwangyang in South Korea as a good delivery point for its Global and Regional Asian contracts in Polypropylene (PP & PA) and Linear Low-Density Polyethylene (LL & LA) contracts. The LME approval of Gwangyang as a good delivery point for plastics is effective from 24th August 2007.
In the same announcement, the LME listed Henry Bath's warehouse "A" located at 775 Doi-dong, Gwangyang as the first, and currently only, LME approved warehouse for plastics storage and issue of LME warrants in Gwangyang, also effective from 24th August 2007.
Henry Bath's warehouse A in Gwangyang is already approved by the LME for the storage and issue of LME warrants against the Exchange's contracts in Aluminium, Copper, Nickel, Tin and Aluminium Alloy.
Henry Bath already operates LME approved plastics warehouses in each of the LME's worldwide good delivery locations for plastics in Antwerp, Baton Rouge, Singapore. Henry Bath issued the first ever LME warrant for plastics on 27th June 2005.
