Mr Sellars has been in the metals business for about 30 years. He began his career at Engelhard Industries in 1975 and was Managing Director and Head of Commodities Trading at Barclays Bank from 1992 to 2000.
He joined the Sempra Metals Group as Chief Executive Officer of Henry Bath & Son Ltd in July 2002 and is currently a director of Henry Bath as well as Head of Global Metals, Global Commodities Group, J.P.Morgan. He has also served as a board member of the LME and chairman of several of its committees.

Graham is Group General Manager of the LME and Liffe approved warehousing and logistics group, Henry Bath & Son Limited. Graham has over 15 years experience in the physical metals trading business and joined Henry Bath in 2002. He started his career with BICC where he managed the company's copper trading activities. He holds an MBA from Henley Management College, a BA Business degree and is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply (CIPS). Graham also sits on the London Metal Exchange Warehouse Committee.
Group General Manager & Financial Controller, HB Group
Paul is Group General Manager & Group Financial Controller of the LME and Liffe approved warehousing and logistics group, Henry Bath & Son Limited. Paul started his career with Unilever PLC as a management trainee. Working within the Group's animal feed and bakery divisions Paul gained over ten years experience in a number of different finance positions before joining Henry Bath as Accounting Manager in 2002 and then Group Financial Controller in May 2004. Paul is a fully qualified member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
Soft Commodities Manager, HB Group
Steve has over 28 years of experience in the storage and handling of a whole range of commodities including coffee and cocoa. Steve currently has overall responsibility for managing and consulting on soft commodity cargoes accross the Henry Bath Group. Steve was previously at TDG for twenty years holding various managerial posts, before joining Henry Bath in 1999. Steve sits on the European Warehousing Federation Committee and is a long serving associate of the industry's International Coffee and Cocoa Organisations.
General Manager, Henry Bath BV
Hans has over 30 years experience in the transportation, shipping and warehousing sectors. The son of a European truck driver, Hans began his career at the age of 17 as a shipping clerk and has since gained a vast amount of experience in sales and freight forwarding. He joined Henry Bath Rotterdam (formerly Ocean Warehousing) in 1995 and was appointed General Manager in 2002. Hans also holds the NIMA-A marketing qualification. Hans also manages the recently established Henry Bath warehousing operation in Antwerp.

Amanda has a vast amount of experience in the metals shipping industry. She previously worked with Steinweg for 11 years and helped to establish their Baltimore operation before moving to Canton Stevedoring. Amanda and her husband Kenny joined the Henry Bath Group in 2002 as the General Manager and Warehouse Manager, respectively, for Henry Bath Baltimore. Amanda has since added the role of General Manager for Chicago, New Orleans and Baton Rouge to her responsibilities. Amanda was born and raised in The Netherlands and moved to the USA after graduating from college.
General Manager, Henry Bath Singapore PTE Ltd
Martin was with Cargill for 7 years working as a senior logistics planner, co-ordinating commercial and production requirements at the UK plants and advising on the setup of procedures and controls at newly acquired overseas plants. Martin joined Henry Bath in January 2005 and has spent a significant amount of time at each of Henry Bath's worldwide locations improving the Company's management processes and controls. Martin was appointed General Manager of Henry Bath Singapore PTE Limited in January 2007 and is responsible for managing the Company's operations in Singapore, Korea, Malaysia and China.
Group Administration Support Manager
Jim has over 14 years experience working for Henry Bath & Son Ltd, and has overall responsibility for managing metals & commodities administration across the company. Jim previously spent 30 years serving in the armed forces with the Royal Marines before joining Henry Bath.
