Henry Bath USA - Notice of Delivery Out Procedure

In order to maximize delivery out schedules during the current period of peak demand; with effect from July 1, 2009 until further notice, Henry Bath LLC is invoking a formal scheduling system whereby customers will be allocated a clearly defined loading date. This notice sets out an explanation of how this process will operate to help better understanding and guidance for our customers as well as haulage companies.

In compliance with LME delivery out procedures for approved warehouses; trucks will be given a time slot each day. If this date is fully booked we would offer the next available alternative to meet customer requirements. This enables us to manage an orderly loading plan and allocate deliveries fairly and evenly to all customers with the objective of minimizing any delays, we operate in a first come, first serve manner.

Our operating hours are Monday through Friday 0800 - 1630 hours (excluding Public Holidays)

BOOKING IN SYSTEM

Upon settlement of necessary formalities; the owner of the goods will receive a unique pick up number for each load scheduling from a Henry Bath LLC warehouse location. These pick up numbers must be assigned to the trucker of choice and will be cross checked upon arrival at the warehouse together with applicable consignee information.

The pick up numbers are e-mailed with detailed pick up instructions to the owner of the goods, whom must carefully review this information upon receipt. We would ask that customers in excess of 10 slots a day liaise with the shipping teams to ensure an even split in the a.m. and p.m. loading hours.

Failure to present the correct pick up number may result in rejection of the truck.

Henry Bath LLC does not load trailers with metal floors, reefer units, flatbeds for rear loading, or partially loaded vans. Any damaged equipment will not be loaded for safety purposes.
